The cosy, bright, approx. 42m² apartment is located directly on the main shopping street in Greifswald's city center above a retail store. From the 2nd floor you can watch the busy city below. Unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator. The LOCATION The apartment is very conveniently located with a drugstore, pharmacy, ice cream parlor and pizza shop within a 2-minute walk, and several bakeries for your morning fresh bread, or fish shops where you can get the popular Greifswald Fischbrötchen. Supermarkets can also be reached within an 8 minute walk. SPACE for YOU There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed. From this room there is a small closet space for hanging and storing clothes, as well as a narrow space for a single bed suitable for a small adult or child. There is a separate dining room/study adjoined by a modern bathroom with shower. From the attic you have access to a balcony at the back, which you share with the hostess. From there you have a view of the Marienkirche (St. Mary's church) and, in the evening, the sunset.
